ROTATION AND RETURNS GUIDE

STEP 1

Log in to your account, click manage subscriptions on the right hand side and click on "see more details."

Click "Swap Product", select your new style/size and click "Confirm Swap".

STEP 2

Pop your current pair in the re-zip bag it arrived in. No need to wash your pair before returning!

STEP 3

Tape your returns label (you'll find it in your re-zip bag) over the top of the previous label, so it secures the bag and we know it hasn't been tampered with en-route.

STEP 4

Drop off at your nearest Royal Mail or Post Office within the next 3 days to avoid late fees.

STEP 5

As soon as we receive your tracking details from Royal Mail, your next pair will be shipped out to you. We aim to get them sent out to you within the next 2 working days. Enjoy your next pair!

How To Swap Your Pairs:

Step 1: Log in to your customer account.

  • Login to your customer account OR click manage subscriptions link in your email.

    You may be prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code sent via text or email. If so, enter your 4-digit code, you will be taken to your customer portal.

Step 2: Go to the sidebar menu and select the "subscriptions" tab

  • Next, lets take a look at our current My Nice Pair subscription. To do this, navigate to the sidebar menu on the left hand side of the page and click the "Manage Subscriptions" tab.

    Once selected you will be brought to a list of your active product subscriptions.

Step 3: Find your active subscription and select "swap product"

  • From your active subscriptions list choose the product which style you would like to change.

    The selected product subscription will be shown, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Swap This For A Different Product".

Step 4: Select your new style and click "save"

  • A listing of all available styles will be displayed, select the style you would like for your upcoming order and click "Swap".

    You will then be given the opportunity to adjust your products size and quantity, now click "swap product".

    If swapped successfully, a confirmation message will be shown which reads "We have swapped your subscription."

Step 5: Complete the exchange form above to confirm swap

  • Scroll up and complete the exchange form above. Once our team has confirmed your swap you will receive an notification via email.
