WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAIR DOESN'T FIT?
Having a pair which fits right is key! We offer free swaps for a different size on your first rental free of charge. We want to help you feel fabulous!
CAN I BUY AN ITEM I'VE RENTED?
Yes, this can be an option. The price depends how many times the product has been rented out. Please get in touch to discuss
CAN I BUY NEW?
While this isn't our company model as our aim is to have NICE PAIR be a more sustainable circular fashion model, we understand that this is not for everyone, so yes, we will sell pairs new. The purchase price is £250. All stock dependant. Please get in touch for more info!
HOW LONG CAN I RENT AN ITEM FOR?
You can hold on to your pair for as many months as you like! When you get bored of your current pair, log in to your account and select your swap!
*Don't forget to also fill out the exchange form which can be found under HOW IT WORKS - ROTATIONS AND RETURNS GUIDE.
Your next pair will be sent out to you as soon as we receive the tracking code from Royal Mail.
DO I NEED TO WASH MY PAIR BEFORE RETURNING?
No, you don't need to wash before returning. We will handle this professionally for you!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGE THE PAIR?
We want you to enjoy wearing your pair/s and we accept that some fair wear and tear may occur (such as minor stains, missing buttons, tuck zips and minor rips). We would however remind you that the item(s) you rent from us will at all times remain the property of NICE PAIR and if you return the items damaged (excluding these minor damages), you will have to pay compensation for repair or replacement. HOW OFTEN CAN I SWAP MY PAIR?
As many times as you like!
DO YOU STOCK LARGER SIZES?
We are hoping to stock a larger range of sizes soon! However, as we are a new small business, we are slightly limited. More sizes to come!
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any point. Simply log-in to your account, cancel your subscription and follow the return/rotation instructions which you can find on our website under "How It Works" "Rotations and Returns Guide".
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
Designed to be flamboyantly flattering.
CLASSIC and ORIGINAL are made from a slightly heavier degradable denim and so fit ever so slightly bigger. Recommend your usual size or size below for a more fitted look.
Can be worn baggy too if preferred, which would be the size above your usual size.
We want you to feel fabulous in your NICE PAIR so we offer free rotations, to ensure you get the size that suits you best!
CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. Simply cancel your subscription and send back your pair in the re-zip bag it arrived in, and when you are ready to pick up your subscription again, log back in and select your next pair!
IF I DON'T SWAP MY PAIR IN ONE MONTH, DO I STILL PAY THE SAME PRICE?
Yes. The pairs cost £35 per month to rent. You have the option to swap your pair in at any point throughout the month, or you can keep enjoying your pair. Either way, the service costs £35 per month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT DON'T GET MY PAIR BACK BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH?
You are charged on the day you sign up, and then monthly (on that day) from then on. If you are cancelling your subscription, please log into your account and cancel your subscription here and follow the returns process BEFORE the end of your month's subscription. Please drop off at the post office no later than 3 days after the end of your subscription, otherwise we'll have to charge you for another month.
WHY HAS MY PAIR SHRUN?
We have had our pairs made in the UK from degradable denim. Like all new denim items, they might shrink a little on first or second wash. This is normal but if you no longer fit your pair the way you'd like to, please get in touch and we will swap them for another size!
